Details: A sports memorabilia retailer with four stores in the Miami metro area is looking to to have photographs made of a variety of autographed products. These products might range from a football signed by a famous Miami Dolphin to a framed photo under plexi of a Miami Heat player. They would have to be shot on-site, at the store, in relatively tight quarters (a *-* foot space), during store operating hours. The resulting images would need to be stored electronically in high-res format on disk and given to the store manager at the end of the shoot, or, if stored to a laptop hard drive during shooting, burned to a disk afterward and mailed overnight to our corporate headquarters. Since each store will have a varying number of shots needed, we request a quote for a half day and a full-day shoot. The date stated in the form is tentative and since there are four stores, the eventual project will require a half-day or day shoot at each of the four stores, on four dates, preferably during the same * - * week period. Details are TBD. Right now, we're just looking to get a feel for the cost of hiring a local photographer versus sending a catalog photo team member on location. So, we're looking for pro quality at a competitve rate.

We are holding the leaving event at Battery Gardens on September *rd from *.** – **.**pm and would like to document the night in style.
What is the normal process for such an event? Do you offer your services *** of charge on the night and work on commission from the photographs purchased by the group from a website?
